if the product damaged during shipping you can request a refund or a re ship. To do this please email me (harrysfish.jp@gmail.com) to solve the problem.  To return the product we can reserve it when we deliver the replacement if its refund you will have to pay shipping.

For shiping we will deliver the product to you after we contact you to confirm your order. You should receive the product no later than 1 week after we confirmed the order.
