What is your return policy?

if the product damaged during shipping you can request a refund or a re ship. To do this please email me (harrysfish.jp@gmail.com) to solve the problem.  To return the product we can reserve it when we deliver the replacement if its refund you will have to pay shipping.

Do you offer gift cards?

yes we do if you would like to perches one please contact me

What are the payment options?

currently we only except cash

What is your shipping policy?

For shipping we will deliver the product to you after we contact you to confirm your order. You should receive the product no later than 1 week after we confirmed the order.
